| The Homestead Cabin |
The Homestead is a deluxe 4 bedroom knotty-pine rustic log cabin home,
located 40 feet from the lake. We have two full bathrooms, a large dining
room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a cozy large fieldstone fireplace!
Enjoy relaxing on the large screened porch or open deck, both overlooking
the 300 feet of sandy beach and beautiful Little St. Germain Lake!
Little St. Germain Lake
Little St. Germain Lake is 980-picturesque acres of water. It's structure
rich features, including bountiful oxygen rich weed beds, makes Little St.
Germain home to a vast array of fish ~ Walleye, Northern, Large- and
Small mouth Bass, Musky and many pan fish. This lake has a proven
history of producing trophy Musky! Anglers of all ages will have hours of
enjoyment on Little St. Germain Lake!

Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING SUMMER $1,685 per week Late Summer/Fall August 22nd - September 4th $1,025 per week or $160 per night FALL SPECIAL!!! September 9th - December $600 per week or $105 per night Up to four adults. Additional guests $20 per night/$100 per week Winter Rates Specials Jan 10 - April 30 $1,175 per wk/$185 per night SPRING 2010 FISHING SPECIAL!!! May 1st - May 31st $600 per week or $105 per night Up to four guest. Additional guests $20 per night/$100 per week Early Summer June 1st - June 19th $1,175 week/$185 night 3 night stay is required for all above |

| Rates based on standard occupancy of six (6) persons or less during non-peak season; standard occupancy during peak summer season eight (8) or less. Rates do not include applicable sales/room taxes. A $75 cleaning fee applies to stays less that one week. Additional persons over standard occupancy $20 per day or $100 per week. Includes 14-ft. Alumacraft boat. Motor rental available at local marine. Payment by personal or bank check preferred. Pay Pal payments accepted, fees apply to renters. No early departure discounts. Reservation deposit $400, includes a $200 refundable damage deposit. Deposits will be refunded within 30 days following rental period pending assessment of any damages or unnecessary cleaning charges. Refunds for cancellations only if cabin is re-rented for full term less fee. Bed linen is provided free at request. Towels not included. Rates subject to change. Accommodations not secure until deposit received. Rates subject to change. |

Perfect Northwoods Vacation for Families! The Homestead is the perfect Northwoods home for families. Our large sandy beach on the South Bay of Little St. Germain Lake is shallow with a gradual slope. Great for small children! We have a western exposure which provides sunshine to our beach all day for many hours of warm, fun in the sun!
